Julie H. Wisdom, PA-C, MPAS
I am originally from Seguin, Texas where my parents, a retired professor and retired registered nurse still reside.  After graduating from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a BS in Biology, I worked at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in medical research for 10 years.  I was ultimately accepted into the Cellular and Structural Biology Graduate School at UTHSCSA to further my research career.  When the horror of 9/11 struck our great nation, my heart was changed forever and I decided I wanted to work in my community in a different way.  I applied to the Master's Physician Assistant Studies Program at UTHSCSA and the transition from medical research to medical provider was complete.  Upon graduating from the PA program in 2007, I have worked in ENT specialties for the past 9 years.

My husband, Gary, and I decided that we wanted our 2 sons to have the type of wonderful experiences we had growing up in small Texas towns, the community, the schools, sports, the lifelong friendships and so we moved to Blanco in 2015.  We also own a small construction business and it was easy to transition to the Hill Country area.

My hobbies include reading, sports, travelling with my family and supporting my boys in their sports activities.  We love Blanco, we love our community!  I am so thankful that the Blanco Regional Clinic has accepted me into their amazing family!  It is my sincere hope to be able to provide medical services to my community for many years to come.

Thomas F. Nohe, MPAS, PA-C
I've been a certified practicing Physician Assistant since 2009 with a diverse medical experience and background.  My medical career began volunteering as a Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) which fueled my desire to practice medicine.  Next, I attended Rochester Institute of Technology and received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.  Soon after I attended the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston and Fort Bliss Texas, where I received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies accredited by the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  My experience, derived from combined military and civilian training provides emphasis on Family, Orthopedic, Dermatology, Combat medicine, Aviation and Emergency care.  My dedication to service and community are translated directly to the care of my patients.

I'm proud to have served our country in the United States Army for 25 years including 2 deployments to Operation Iraqi Freedom and multiple overseas tours until retirement in 2021 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

I'm originally from a small town in Upstate, New York where my parents still reside.  I'm blessed to have been stationed in San Antonio, Texas where I met and married my wife.  We have a wonderful daughter and son which keep us busy with academics, sports and extracurricular activities.  My hobbies include being outdoors, hunting, fishing, sports, traveling and spending time with my sweet dog (Bailey).  I'm excited to call Texas home and thankful to be a part of the Blanco Regional Clinic team!!!

My Motto is "Serving Texas"
