Dr. John D. Weaver
I graduated from University of Texas Medical School in Houston in 1984. I did my post graduate residency in Family Practice in Austin, and then opened my practice in Blanco in 1987. I have lived in Blanco since I opened my practice. I have four wonderful children. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Julie H. Wisdom, PA-C, MPAS
I am originally from Seguin, Texas where my parents, a retired professor and retired registered nurse still reside. After graduating from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a BS in Biology, I worked at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in medical research for 10 years. I was ultimately accepted into the Cellular and Structural Biology Graduate School at UTHSCSA to further my research career. When the horror of 9/11 struck our great nation, my heart was changed forever and I decided I wanted to work in my community in a different way. I applied to the Master's Physician Assistant Studies Program at UTHSCSA and the transition from medical research to medical provider was complete. Upon graduating from the PA program in 2007, I have worked in ENT specialties for the past 9 years.

My husband, Gary, and I decided that we wanted our 2 sons to have the type of wonderful experiences we had growing up in small Texas towns, the community, the schools, sports, the lifelong friendships and so we moved to Blanco in 2015. We also own a small construction business and it was easy to transition to the Hill Country area.

My hobbies include reading, sports, travelling with my family and supporting my boys in their sports activities. We love Blanco, we love our community! I am so thankful that the Blanco Regional Clinic has accepted me into their amazing family! It is my sincere hope to be able to provide medical services to my community for many years to come.
